What DoColorAnalysis collects, why, who processes it and how long it is kept.

This policy explains how docoloranalysis.com ("DoColorAnalysis", "we") handles personal data.
What we collect
- Account data. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture.
- Your selfie. The photo you upload for a color analysis. It is redrawn in your browser before upload, which also removes embedded location data.
- Your reports and try-ons. The color analysis results made for you and the try-on images you create.
- Free test answers. The color analysis test runs in your browser; your answers are not sent to us.
- Purchase data. Orders and amounts. Card details go directly to Stripe.
- Support requests. What you write to us and which report or payment it is about.
- Technical data. IP address, browser and request logs, used for security, abuse prevention and debugging.
- Visit data. Pages you open, the site that sent you, your first landing page, your country and device type, tied to a random visitor ID in a cookie.
Why we use it
To make your color analysis reports and try-ons, run your account and credits, take payments, prevent abuse, answer support requests and keep the service secure.
Who processes it
- AI providers. Your selfie is uploaded to kie.ai's temporary file storage (which deletes files after 24 hours) and read by an AI vision model to write your report; try-ons are made by an AI image model from the same photo. The providers keep logs under their own terms.
- Hosting, storage and database providers run the site and store your account, selfie, reports and try-ons.
- Google provides sign-in. Stripe processes payments.
- Analytics we run ourselves count page views and sign-up and purchase steps.
Some providers process data outside your country. We share only what each one needs. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your photos to train AI models.
How long we keep it
- Your selfie and try-on images: deleted 30 days after upload, or at once when you delete the report.
- Report text and colors: kept until you delete the report or your account.
- Account data: kept while your account is open.
- Order and payment records: kept as tax and accounting law requires, up to 7 years, also after you delete your account.
- Security logs: kept for a limited period.
Your choices and rights
- Delete any report from My reports; its photos are deleted with it.
- Delete your account from Account settings; we then delete your account, photos and reports, except records we must keep by law.
- Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to processing. Email us to use them.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep you signed in and remember your language and the timer of a limited-time offer. For our own statistics we set a random visitor ID and remember the site and page you first arrived from. We do not use advertising cookies.
Children
The service is not for children. Do not upload photos of anyone under 18.
