Terms of Service

These terms apply to docoloranalysis.com ("DoColorAnalysis", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

What the service does

DoColorAnalysis offers personal color analysis online:

• a free color analysis test that estimates your color season from your answers, in your browser;
• an AI color analysis report made from one selfie: a season with a runner-up, undertone, value, chroma and contrast, a color palette, makeup, hair and jewelry suggestions;
• AI try-ons: your selfie edited to show a color, a hair color or gold and silver jewelry.

Reports and try-ons are produced automatically by third-party AI models. Color analysis is a styling method, not a science or a medical, dermatological or psychological assessment. Results depend on your photo and its light and can differ from an in-person analysis. Try-on images are illustrations and are not guaranteed to match a real garment, dye or piece of jewelry.

Your account

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to upload a photo or buy credits.

What you may upload

Upload only a photo of yourself, or of an adult who has agreed to it. You must not upload:

• a photo of someone without their consent, or of anyone under 18;
• a photo of a celebrity or public figure to analyze or edit them;
• sexual, nude or sexually suggestive content;
• content that harasses, threatens, defames or demeans anyone, or that is otherwise illegal.

If the AI provider declines a photo or cannot find one clear face, the analysis fails and its credits are returned.

Credits and payments

• Each account's first photo analysis is free and shows a preview: your season, traits and first 6 colors. Opening its full report costs 5 credits. Later photo reports cost 5 credits each, and a try-on 1 credit. The cost is shown before you confirm.
• The free preview is limited to one per account (and a few per network a day), so it is not available again with a new photo or after deleting the report.
• Credit packs are one-time purchases. There are no subscriptions. Pack credits do not expire.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or resold.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Your photos, reports and try-ons

You keep whatever rights you have in your photo. You give us a limited license to store and process it and to send it to our AI providers only to make your report and try-ons and to operate the service. Your selfie and try-on images are deleted 30 days after upload, or when you delete the report. Your reports and try-ons are for your personal use.

Availability

We try to keep the service running but do not promise it will always be available or error free. Analyses depend on third-party providers and may be slow or paused at times.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including purchases of clothing, makeup or hair services made on the basis of a report, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Significant changes are noted on this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
