Report a Photo
How to ask DoColorAnalysis to remove a photo of you that was uploaded without your consent.

DoColorAnalysis reports and try-ons are private to the account that made them: they are not published on the site. Even so, if someone uploaded a photo of you without your consent, you can ask us to remove it.
How to report
Email support@docoloranalysis.com with:
- your name and how we can contact you;
- a description of the photo, and the email address or name of the account you believe uploaded it, if you know it;
- a statement that you did not consent to the upload.
Signed-in users can also open a request on the Support page and choose "Report a photo of me".
What we do
We look for the photo and the reports and try-ons made from it, delete them, and may close the account that uploaded it. We answer within a few business days. Uploaded photos are deleted automatically 30 days after upload in any case.
